Q: how do I know my size?

A: we offer sizing kits in our store and we also offer free in-person sizing at markets and vending events around the PNW (check our market schedule for in-person event details).

A: reach out via DM on Instagram, send us an email or fill out our customs form right below here.

Q: what details do you need for a custom order?

A: your nail sizes, the shape and length of the nail and a small detailed message about color palettes and designs. please feel free to send over some inspo pictures.

Q: what nail shapes and lengths do you have?

A: view our store and under our sizing kit we have listed all our shapes and lengths with a photo layout for both.

Q: what if I need them by a certain date?

A: totally okay! we can add an "expedite fee." this is an extra fee to get them by a certain deadline.

Q: how does payment work?

A: we send a price estimate a few days after receiving your inquiry. please note custom orders over $80.00 USD require a 25% deposit.

Q: how do I pay?

A: we accept Venmo, PayPal, Apple, Square, tap to pay (in-person) and cash (in-person).

Q: how long will it take to get my order?

A: when we send out the price estimate you will also receive an accurate ETA for your order.
