disclaimers
we only use salon grade products to paint our press on sets.
brands used: chaun legend, kiss New York gel, dashing diva, nailboo, yogurt nail KR, DVOK, make.n, double rhythm & markartt (nail glue in kits).
we use sterile gloves and isopropyl alcohol for every set.
we are NOT professional nail technicians; we cannot and will not apply your nails/gel for you.
asking us "what size we think you are," we are basing it off what we think, it is not accurate to sizing you via sizing kit or in person sizing, please see refunds for more information on PRE-MADE set lists.
we have and promise to follow the facts behind proper curing times for specific brands and gel polishes that we use to ensure safety for you. please do not use our press ons if you have or are prone to contact dermatitis; our glue in our nail kits still has acrylates in it.
please note that this is a two person team; we do reserve the right to refuse service for reasons, including but not limited to, time restraint deemed not possible, no communication, failure to pay, disruptive or hostile behavior.
we reserve the right to withhold the final product if payment is not made before billing due date.
deposits for customs
for custom orders over $80.00 USD we require a deposit of 25% of the total. this ensures that we are getting paid for our materials just in case someone decides to not accept the final product, for failure to pay or for no communication once the final product is finished. please note that this deposit DOES go to the final total of your order.
damage during shipping
please understand we reserve the right to do nothing in regards to carrier mishandling or customer mishandling. that being said, we do ensure to package your orders with the ought most care including a bubble mailer or bubble wrap with each one. please recycle the bubble mailer or bubble wrap properly.
refunds
we do not offer refunds on any in person or online orders from our PRE-MADE set lists of: extra small, small, medium, large or extra large press on sets.
we do not offer refunds on any customs EXCEPT if we do something to damage a nail before it reaches you or you paid the deadline fee to have them expedited with a custom request, we accepted, but we miss said deadline.
